1: **DEFINITIONS**

Terms and Conditions or General Conditions: this text represents the terms and conditions of purchase and use of goods and services offered to the Consumer by the Publisher

Publisher and / or Owner: DAVIDE TERRANOVA PUBLISHER VAT no. 01.292.180,286 thousand.

User or Consumer: the person who uses the services provided on the Sites is defined as User or Consumer, or, generally, those who act for purposes unrelated to their professional or entrepreneurial activity.

The parties: the parties to the contract understood jointly, DAVIDE TERRANOVA PUBLISHER and the User

Sites or Site: the URLs where the Publisher's products and services are viewable and purchasable, which refer to these Terms and Conditions.

Products: goods and services offered to the Consumer by the Publisher through its Sites

2: **OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT**

These terms and conditions govern the contract concerning the sale of products offered on the Publisher's Sites.

Purchasing the aforementioned products implies full acceptance, without reservations, to the current general conditions governing the sale. The General Conditions will remain valid and in force until they are modified and/or supplemented by the Publisher itself. Any changes and/or additions to the General Conditions will be effective from the date they are published on the Site and will apply to sales made from that date.

11: **APPLICABLE LAW AND REFERENCE LANGUAGE**

The parties recognize the Italian law as the only valid one for all articles and clauses of these conditions.

12: **JURISDICTION AGREEMENT AND COMPETENT FORUM**

All disputes concerning this agreement are required by Italian jurisdiction, and the Court of Padua will have exclusive competence, except for the consumer forum where applicable.
